What a template is
A dashboard template is a preconfigured dashboard with typical elements for a specific analysis scenario. The most important relationships — development over time, drivers, and segmentation — are visible from the start. You connect the template to your own data and then adjust it freely.
Use a template
When creating a new dashboard, you can optionally choose a template. Select the matching template, connect it to your data source, and the dashboard is immediately usable.
All elements can be adjusted freely afterwards: change titles, add or remove elements, and adapt the date range and granularity.
Available templates
| Template | Data source | Focus |
|---|---|---|
| Google Analytics | Google Analytics 4 | Traffic, content performance, and channel quality |
More templates are on the way. The list will grow over time.
Recommendations for working with templates
- Start with the default date range and first check the broad direction — are volume, outcome, and efficiency rising together or diverging?
- Limit segment analysis to the most important groups. Too many dimensions at once make decisions harder.
- A good dashboard is not full, but clear. Every element should answer one concrete question.
