This pricing page shows how Zweigen plans differ in day-to-day use. Zweigen offers four plans. The differences are not in the number of internal users or integrations, because those are unlimited in all plans. The plans differ in data storage, external access, compute power, and support.
Prices and limits are already defined. However, app access is currently still in prelaunch: new access is currently handled through invitations or guided activation, not through a public self-service checkout.

Where plans differ
The following dimensions determine which plan fits your team:
- Data storage - how much data you can store in Zweigen
- External access - access for people outside your organization, for example clients or partners
- Compute minutes - available processing capacity for data handling and transformations
- Parallel workers - how many processes can run at the same time
- Support level - response times and support channels

Which plan fits you
Start fits when your team is just getting started with Zweigen and the data volume is still manageable.
Growth fits when you actively process data from multiple sources and need more external access or compute capacity.
Scale fits when you run many processes in parallel, process large volumes of data, or need SLA-based support.
Custom fits enterprise setups with specific requirements for contract, infrastructure, or performance.
Trial phase
A 14-day trial without payment details exists as product policy. In the current prelaunch, however, it does not start through a public self-service checkout, but through invitation or guided activation.
Annual subscription
An annual subscription is available for all plans. It offers a discount compared to monthly billing. The exact savings are shown during checkout in Administration.
Change plan
You can adjust your plan at any time through Administration -> Plan and Usage Limits -> Manage Subscription. Upgrades take effect immediately. If you have questions about the Custom plan or special conditions, contact support.
