What you do not need with Zweigen
Zweigen takes over infrastructure and operating tasks that would otherwise need to be handled internally:
- Your own servers to store and manage data
- Running, maintaining, and securing a BI database or data warehouse
- Time and people for manual report building
- Additional tools used only to connect and visualize data
You do not need to build your own infrastructure just to run reports. You also do not need your own BI development team.
What you need for a good start
For good results, a few basics matter:
- Data source: You need access to the data you want to analyze, for example CRM, ad platform, shop, or accounting.
- Data quality: Clean date values and meaningful column names speed up import.
- Refresh rule: Decide how often data should be refreshed, for example daily, weekly, or on demand.
- Ownership: Decide early who may review data and approve changes.
If you do not have a suitable standard connector, you can still connect data:
- through the API for your own systems
- through XLSX or CSV files with the guided upload interface
