The trial lasts 14 days. No payment details are required for registration or testing.
What is available during the trial
During the trial, you have access to all Zweigen features. You can set up integrations, import data, build dashboards, and invite team members. There are no functional limitations compared with a paid plan.
What happens after 14 days
After the 14-day trial ends, access is blocked if you have not activated a subscription. Your data remains stored for now. You can still sign in to complete a subscription and restore access.
Data deletion after 44 days: If you do not activate a subscription within 30 additional days after the trial ends, all data in your organization is deleted permanently and cannot be restored. This includes dashboards, data sources, and all imported data. In total, you have 44 days from registration to activate a subscription.
Activate a subscription from the trial
- Open Administration from the settings menu in the navigation bar.
- Go to Billing.
- Click Manage, choose a plan, and complete checkout.
Access becomes fully active again immediately after checkout is completed.
Extending the trial
The trial cannot be extended. If you have questions before starting a subscription, contact support.
