6 Plans and Billing
Trial phase, plan options, plan changes, billing profile, and cancellation in Zweigen.
After registration, a 14-day trial with full functionality starts automatically and does not require a payment method. After it ends, access is blocked until you activate a subscription.
You can switch to another plan at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately, downgrades at the end of the current billing period.
Previous invoices are available in Administration under Invoices. You can download each one individually as a PDF.
Zweigen offers three plans: Starter, Growth, and Scale. The article explains which features, limits, and prices are included so you can choose the right plan for your team.
The billing profile contains your organization's billing details: company name, billing email, and optional VAT ID for correct invoicing.
You can cancel the subscription at any time. Access remains active until the end of the current billing period. After that, all organization data is permanently deleted after a transition period.
