Zweigen is designed for team work
All users are assigned to at least one organization. The organization is the shared frame for data, dashboards, and collaboration.
All members of one organization:
- Have access to one shared workspace
- Can access the same data and dashboards if permissions allow it
- Share one configurable notification channel
- Can mention and notify each other in text elements
- Are administered centrally through team management, roles, access rights, plan, and billing
Organization
After sign-in, you land in the workspace of your primary organization. You can belong to multiple organizations and switch between them in the workspace or create a new one.
Shared workspace
The shared workspace shows and links the dashboards of the members in a structured way. You can restrict who may see or edit data and dashboards.
Notes can be created through text elements in the workspace. There you can mention other team members with @ and notify them.
Notifications
You can receive notifications in the application and by email, for example for mentions in text elements, role changes, and security-relevant events.
Which events are delivered through which channel is managed individually in your settings.
Mentions
In text elements inside the workspace and on dashboards, you can mention users and user groups with @. Mentioned users receive an in-app notification.
Organization admin area
Owners and admins can make organization-specific settings through the organization admin area. Editors and Viewers do not have access to this area.
This area includes:
- Inviting or removing members
- Changing roles and access rights
- Managing plan and billing settings
- Viewing and downloading previous invoices
