Organizations as separate workspaces
Organizations are strictly separated areas in Zweigen. Nobody outside an organization can access its data. One account can be a member of multiple organizations, depending on the enabled organization and plan rules.
This is useful for people who work for multiple companies or with external partners. Each organization has its own data, members, and settings.
Typical use cases
- Agencies that manage multiple client systems separately
- People who work in multiple companies
- Teams that separate a test and a production environment
How to switch between organizations
- Open your workspace in Zweigen.
- Click the arrow icon next to the organization name in the navigation bar.
- Select the organization you want from the dropdown.
- Zweigen loads the workspace of the selected organization directly.
You can also create a new organization through the same dropdown if your plan allows it.
Active and primary organization
The active organization is the workspace you are currently working in. When you switch, Zweigen updates the active context for navigation, administration, and subsequent actions.
The primary organization is your default organization at sign-in. You can adjust it in Settings -> Organizations.
