How to open Settings
Click Settings in the navigation bar. The drawer opens without a page change.
Account
Under Account, you maintain your personal profile data.
- Name - Your display name is visible to all team members, for example in notes.
- Email - Your sign-in identifier. Notifications and password reset links are sent to this address. Changing it requires confirmation through the new email address.
- Phone - Optional. Used for two-factor authentication if you enable it.
- Language - Controls the interface language for your account. Other team members are not affected.
- Time zone - Defines how timestamps and time-based metrics are shown for you. If the time zone does not match your location, date values in dashboards may differ.
- Week start - Defines whether the week starts on Monday or Sunday. This affects week-based analysis in dashboards.
Click Save profile to apply changes.
General
Under General, you find the App Introduction. Click Start introduction again to run the guided introduction from the beginning. This is useful when onboarding new team members or when you want a refresher after a longer break.
Notifications
Under Notifications, you define which events you want to be notified about.
Available event types:

For each event, choose between In-app and Email. Both channels can be enabled or disabled independently.
Organizations
Under Organizations, you see all organizations in which your account is a member. There you can define a primary organization, create a new organization, or manage existing memberships.
Security
Under Security, you manage your password and two-factor authentication.
Change password - Enter your current password and the new password twice, then click Update password.
Two-factor authentication - Protects your account if someone knows your password. You can use an authenticator app such as Google Authenticator, Authy, or 1Password.
Known Devices
Under Known Devices, you see active browser profiles with running sessions. For each device, Zweigen shows device type, last sign-in, and active sessions.
Sign out - Ends the session for one specific device.
Sign out all other devices - Ends all other active sessions at once.
Privacy
Under Privacy, you find three areas.
Data processing - As Owner or Admin, you can download the DPA and accept it for your organization. Acceptance is required before connecting data sources.
Cookies and tracking - Opens the settings for cookie and tracking usage.
Export data or delete account - You can request an export of your personal account data or ask for account deletion at any time. Sensitive actions require signing in again.
