Registration
You register at zweigen.cloud without entering payment details. After registration, a 14-day trial starts automatically.
What you can do during the trial
During the trial, all Zweigen features are available without restriction. You can connect data sources, create dashboards, and analyze metrics.
What happens after the trial ends
After 14 days, access is blocked until you activate a subscription. You can still sign in, but you can no longer open or edit data.
If you do not complete a subscription within 30 days after the trial ends, all data is permanently deleted. Recovery is not possible after that.
Activate a subscription
Activate a subscription through Administration -> Usage Limits. Choose a plan there and complete checkout. Access is re-enabled immediately after completion.
Sign in
Two methods are available:
- Email and password: Enter the email address and password you used during registration.
- Google: Sign in with an existing Google account. The first time, the account is linked automatically to your Zweigen identity.
Both methods cannot be used at the same time for the same account. The available method depends on the option chosen during registration.
Forgot password
If you no longer know your password, choose Forgot password on the sign-in page. Zweigen sends a reset link to your stored email address. The link is valid for 30 minutes.
