Text widgets as notes

In the organization workspace, you can add text widgets to keep context directly next to dashboards and groups. Text widgets work well for explanations, notes, and short coordination messages.

The text widget supports formatting such as headings, separators, and lists.

Mention team members

1. Open a text widget in edit mode.
2. Type @ and start entering the team member's name.
3. Select the person from the suggestion list.
4. To notify all team members, type @alle.

The mentioned member receives a notification if the event Mention is enabled in their settings. For @alle, the event Mention all applies.

Enable notifications for mentions

1. Open Settings -> Notifications.
2. Enable Mention and/or Mention all.
3. Choose the preferred channel: In-app or Email.
