What the organization workspace is
After sign-in, you land in your organization's workspace. It is the central overview of all dashboard groups and dashboards.
The area consists of three levels: the navigation bar at the top, the workbar below it, and the actual workspace surface.
Elements in the workspace
On the workspace surface, you find:
- Dashboard groups - structural units that collect dashboards as tiles
- Text elements - free-text areas for context, notes, or comments
Every dashboard in your organization is assigned to one dashboard group. Only groups that were actually placed in the workspace appear there.
Edit the workspace
Open edit mode through Edit in the workbar. There you can add groups, move them, and adjust elements. The last remaining group cannot be deleted.
Editing rights required: Without the Editor role or higher, you only see the workspace in read mode. In that case, the Edit button does not appear.
