How data reaches Zweigen
Before data appears in dashboards, it needs to be imported into Zweigen. Three connection types exist: OAuth integrations, custom API connections, and manual CSV/XLSX upload. Which type fits depends on where the data comes from and how often it should update.
These connections are managed centrally under Data Sources. Raw Data View is separate and is used later to inspect imported data, not to create new integrations.

Choosing the right connection type
Use an OAuth Integration when pulling data from a supported Google service. After setup the connection runs fully automatically.
Use a Custom API Connection when your own system sends data on a recurring schedule. You control when data is sent – Zweigen receives and processes it on arrival.
Use CSV/XLSX Upload when someone prepares and reviews the file before import. This path is not suited for recurring automated transfers.
Keeping connections active
OAuth integrations and custom API connections only run while the connection is active. Check the current status of any connection under Data Sources in Connection Status.
