Zweigen uses a limited number of subprocessors. These are external service providers that may have access to data as part of operating Zweigen. All subprocessors are based in the EU.
Which categories of subprocessors are used
Zweigen uses subprocessors in the following areas:
- Hosting and infrastructure - operation of servers, databases, and storage
- Network and security - protection of connections and infrastructure
- Operations and monitoring - monitoring platform stability
No subprocessors outside the EU or EEA are used. No subprocessor has permanent access to your organization's content.
Where to find the current list of subprocessors
The full and current list of all subprocessors is published in the privacy policy.
Changes to subprocessors
If Zweigen introduces a new subprocessor or replaces an existing one, all customers are informed by email in advance. You can object within the announced period if a change does not meet your requirements.
