The data processing agreement (DPA) defines under Art. 28 GDPR how Zweigen processes data on behalf of your company. It is a required part of any business use of Zweigen.
When the DPA is accepted
After you complete a subscription, you are asked to accept the DPA. This step is required before using Zweigen productively with company data. The DPA applies to all users in your organization.
Retrieve and download the DPA
- Open Settings from the settings menu in the navigation bar.
- Go to Privacy.
- Under Data Processing Agreement, you can review the current DPA and download it as a PDF.
DPA updates
If Zweigen updates the DPA, you are informed by email. You can then review and accept the new version. Zweigen announces changes early enough to give you sufficient review time.
Keep the DPA for your records: The downloaded DPA serves as evidence for your own documentation of processing activities under Art. 30 GDPR. Keep it in your internal records.
